Echo Analytics was created in 2023 as a response to a real business problem encountered by a major outsourcing company.
The Echo platform is a continuation of a gamification project based on gamified elements and Business Intelligence. Our mission is to promote a people-centred approach that benefits both companies and employees, creating an environment where everyone feels valued, empowered and motivated.

CEO, Founder. Many years of experience in IT and outsourcing have built the key business skills needed to create an innovative product.
Kamil Domański
CTO, co-founder, Typescript&Golang Developer. Fullstack Javascript&Golang developer with experience from many smaller and larger projects. He has worked on applications both independently and in groups as a software engineer (tech lead).
Mateusz Kalata
COO, co-founder, over 10 years of experience as a CEO of many companies, specializing in the implementation of strategic and management projects. As the COO, he effectively supervised the disclosure of lucrative contracts, building business relationships and managing what happens in the case of the company’s development. His experience is a key element in the development, effective management and implementation of goals.
